1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the gt99 platform, accessible via the official gt99 website and mobile application. These Terms apply to all platform users regardless of access method or device used.

By clicking the "Register" button, using any GT99 service, or simply browsing the platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the GT99 platform immediately and do not register a new account.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the gt99 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Minimum age 18 years – Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. gt99 actively enforces age verification.
• Legally eligible individuals – You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a resident of a restricted region – Users from regions or countries that prohibit online gambling are solely responsible for complying with their local laws.
• One account per user only – Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at gt99. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. gt99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of your identification card, passport, or other supporting documents to verify your identity and age.

3 User Account

Each gt99 account is personal and may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone, including gt99 staff.
• Use a strong, unique password consisting of a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security – this feature is available in your account settings.
• Notify the gt99 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

GT99 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your negligence or failure to follow the recommended security measures.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

GT99 supports a variety of payment methods suited to Malaysian users, including FPX, bank transfers, credit/debit cards and selected digital wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds to a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• GT99 does not charge fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited must be your own and sourced from legitimate means.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests are processed in order of receipt within the timeframe set by gt99.
• Before the first withdrawal is approved, full KYC verification may be required, including identity and payment method verification.
• GT99 reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawals suspected of involving fraud or a breach of these terms.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method or under the same name as the account holder.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

GT99 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements and specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Rollover conditions – Each bonus comes with a rollover requirement that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x rollover means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
• Validity period – Bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within this period will expire automatically.
• One bonus at a time – Generally, only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse – Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or hedging bets, will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.
• Final results – gt99's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and promotional dispute resolution are final.

6 Game Rules

All games offered at gt99 are operated in accordance with their respective specific rules. The full rules for each game can be found within the relevant game interface.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent third-party auditing body. These results are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, gt99 will endeavour to restore the game to a fair state based on system records. In cases where restoration is not possible, the wager may be voided and funds returned.
• GT99 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions or device issues on the user's end.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs in games is prohibited. Wins obtained through such means will not be recognised and the relevant account may be closed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Gt99 users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Identity fraud – Registering using another person's identity or providing false information.
• Use of bots or automation – Using software, scripts, or automated methods to play or interact with the platform.
• Money laundering – Using the gt99 platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
• Collusive betting – Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Technical disruption – Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Promotion abuse – Opening multiple accounts or using concealment methods to gain an unfair advantage from promotions.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

8 Account Closure

GT99 reserves the right to close or suspend any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age
• Failed identity verification or false information
• Requests from relevant authorities
• Activities suspected of involving fraud or money laundering

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the gt99 support team. Prior to closure, any valid balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the required conditions) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the established procedures.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the gt99 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, user interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of gt99 or its content licensors.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, modify, or exploit any platform content without written authorisation from gt99. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

GT99 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times. However, the platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and GT99 makes no guarantee that:

• The platform will always be available without interruption or errors
• All information on the platform is always accurate and up to date
• The platform is free from viruses or other harmful components

GT99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption. GT99's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in the first instance, and if necessary, through appropriate legal proceedings.
